Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS)
The European Union (EU) RoHS directive, 2011/65/EC and annex 2015/863 aims to control the use of certain hazardous substances in the production of new electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). Since July 2017 compliance to the RoHS directive has been a mandatory CE Marking requirement for PEM products.
All PEM products are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of 2011/65/EC and annex 2015/863 directives and appropriate internal production controls are in place to maintain compliance. Products are assessed in accordance with EN 63000:2018.
Compliance to the ROHS directive is stated on individual product EU Declaration of Conformity.

Under the current legislation PEM are not required to submit any formal conflict minerals reports however we are fully committed to supporting our customers in meeting their obligations and have adopted a conflict minerals due-diligence framework appropriate to our position in the supply chain.
