ISO 9001:2015 is a standard for quality management systems. PEM have been continuously certified to the ISO9001 standard since 1998. The standard sets the requirements of an effective Quality Management System to ensure products and services consistently meet customer requirements, and that a culture of continuous improvement is in place.
