Warranty Coverage
Power Electronic Measurements Ltd (PEM) guarantees its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods from the date of dispatch:
- RCT and RCT-3ph probes:
- Both probe and electronic integrator: 24 months
- CWT, CMC, DCFlex, and LFR current probes:
- Rogowski coil: 12 months
- Electronic integrator: 24 months
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty applies only to probes that have been properly installed, maintained, and operated in accordance with PEM's instructions and specifications.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Defects or damage caused by improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or adjustment.
- Probes with altered or removed serial numbers.
